SBS 2003 KB961143 not installing

I am have a SBS 2003 that is completely patched except for IE8 and KB961143.
I am having an issue with KB961143 installing. I do have the .Net v2 and v3.5
installed. The reason I need to get this installed ASAP is that I am having
the issue where when you go to OWA it asks for credentials before pulling up
the webpage, that this update is supposed to fix.

0x8007f070 STATUS_SETUP_ERROR
Setup has detected that the version of the Service Pack installed on your
system is lower than what is necessary to apply this hotfix [i.e, KB961143].
At minimum, you must have Service Pack installed.

Are you Nathan, the person who originated this thread?

I suspect the "failed to find virtual server id of hostName: companyweb"
entry in QFE73170.log may have something to do with this. The experts in
the SBS newsgroup should be able to assist you with this so please be
patient.

What SharePoint Service pack do you have installed?

Can you ping me directly and send me a screenshot of your IIS web sites
console that lists companyweb?
