SBS 2003 Unable to reinstall companyweb

Last week we had a problem with the companyweb due to the certificate expiring. I ran through the setup and create a new self-signed certificate. After completion I still was unable to access the companyweb or http email. After reading some information at technet I found a post that directed me to just re-run the setup wizard to get the site functioning. Well this did not work so after some more digging I decieded to reinstall. I followind the TechNet instructions carefully for removing and reinstalling and now when I try to reinstall I get an error the states "the default website is missing". If I check the box to continue I recieve an error at the end. of the wizard.

Any help would be apprieciated,
