SBS 2008 Std. - Configuring WSUS 3.0

Setup: SBS 2008 Std, with two WinXP Pro PC's in the domain. Firewall is a
SonicWall TZ-100. ISP is Windstream.

We've had the server less than a month and are slowly rolling out features.
Convinced the boss to let me install WSUS, but I'm confused. In a previous
job I managed SBS 2003 with ISA 2004; it was quite clear what my proxy
server was. However, that was the ONLY network I ever worked in as the sole
admin.
What's going on is that I can't detect computers from within the SBS
console. I'm pretty sure I got the GPO's right for the PC's and server.
I've rebooted all to force GP updates, but still nothing. Checked the
server event viewer logs for Windows Update Client and saw a lot of failures
to connect. Makes me think that I should configure the SonicWall as the
proxy within the WSUS setup. Am I right? Or do we even have a proxy?

Shoot, screwed that one up. I'll get the 3 guides on the WSUS page at MS,
read through them and see where to go from here.

WSUS 3.0 is installed by default as are the GP's when SBS 2008 is installed
You shouldn't have had to do anything other than the first synch (if you
wanted to speed up the process)
