SBS03 System Up Time alert, no logs

Good morning,

I'm receiving a critical alert that I am unable to figure out. SBS2003 SP1.

In the daily error report, I see this entry:

Issue Last Occurrence Total Occurrences
System Up Time 11/14/2009 8:31 AM 1,384
The server restarted. If this event was not planned, check the Server
Performance Report and Event Logs for information that can help explain the
event.

You can disable this alert or change its threshold by using the Change
Alert Notifications task in the Server Management Monitoring and Reporting
taskpad.

There are no entries in any of the logs and the server doesn't really
restart that many times in a day...I'm stumped after looking all over the
web for this one.

Any advice where to begin?

Similar but no real answer...

System Up Time monitor thinks that the server is constantly restarting

Maybe run a scan with the SBS 2003 BPA...
