SBS2003 - UserEnv errors in Event Log

SBS2003
Since 20.57 last night (Sunday) the Application Event Log has been recording
UsrEnv errors 1065 and 1030 every five minutes.

1065 is:
Windows cannot perform filter check for Group Policy object
CN={F7655319-D0C7-4017-BE81-1759CF74F9B2},CN=Policies,CN=System,DC=mitre,DC=lo cal.
Group Policy processing aborted.

and 1030 is:
Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects.
Check the event log for possible messages previously logged by the policy
engine that describes the reason for this.

GPOID {F7655319-D0C7-4017-BE81-1759CF74F9B2} is the SBS Internet Connection
Firewall

A reboot seems to have solved the problem.
