No, as Susan says, SBS cannot be either of those things. But you can move
your AD to it and have other DC's in the domain, although because of the
nature of SBS there is not a lot to be gained. Better use of a second
server class machine is to use it as a terminal server or to get SBS Premium
and use the second server as any of a number of the functions allowed by
that.
Consider migrating your AD from your Server 2003 and allowing SBS to be the
leader of the pack. Come on in the waters fine.
