SBS2008 Update Services after update updates no longer...

After the latest update of the Update Services (3.0 SP2) in my Small Business
Server2008, the server does not update anymore. The console tells: "update
services cannot be contacted". When I use Check for Updates it tells:"Windows
could not search for new updates, code 80244019".
So what have I done wrong (sorry, I am a (very) newbee) and how can I manage
this?

Go into Services ("Start" >> Run >> services.msc) and see if the BITS Service
is started...
