SC.EXE on Windows 200 Server?

Hi,

One of the suggested fixes to the apparently-common 0x800A0046 Windows
Update problem is to run a lengthy 'sc' command from the command prompt.

Unfortunately this doesn't exist. Can someone tell me where can I get hold
of it? Is it freely available?

Note that if you in method 1 remove the user account from any groups,

Hi Torgeir, thanks for replying.

Unfortunately ftp.microsoft.com just throws me straight back out if I log in
anonymously. Is it supposed to be freely accessible to all?

Yes, it is freely accessible to all, ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/reskit/win2000/
opens up fine in Mozilla for me.
