Scan automatically starts on every boot of Windows XP

When ever I start my computer, it starts scan disk on my D drive. It never
finds any error but still it always starts on every boot and when ever I try
to defragment my D drive it says that scan disk is scheduled on this drive.

How can I stop scan disk from happening on every boot?
