Scan for patches/updates from CD?

Is it possible to do an Agentless scan on a machine that has no
network access from a CD?

Yeah - could use a few tools and scripts.
Personally - I have always found it easier just to script the installation
of all the necessary updates... ALL of them - and reboot.
