Scan Stub Program stopped working

Hi....I keep getting a Scan Stub has stopped working error.....It says
Windows will close the program and notify my if a solution is available. But
it keeps restarting the program and it continues to stop working....Does
anyone know what this program is and if there is a solution to getting this
program to stop quiting? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
