Scanner Driver Wanted!

I've just upgraded to Vista Premium but not by choice. Vista came with my
new HP system and I've been using it primarily for graphics and video
editing. I must have a freak version of Vista because I've been using it
now for three months without any sort of problem. Beats me how I see so many
problems in these newsgroups??????????

Anyway, I have a CanoScan FB 630U flatbed scanner. I know it's getting
long in the tooth but it's served me well over the years. Now that I'm
running Vista I can't use this scanner.
I've contacted Canon but no driver is available. Anyone know where I might
get a driver that WORKS with Vista Premium to get this scanner working? I'd
prefer not to pay for it in case it doesn't work.

VueScan from http://www.hamrick.com/ works but you will have to pay for it
when the trial period ends.
