Scanning still fails even after upgrading WSUS to SP2

Dear Lawrence,

I am still getting the errors even after WSUS SP2 installed. Here is the latest snippet from Windowsupdate.log. Please help me in identifying the issue and spplying the solution. Thank you.

The client is trying to download non-existent EULAs from the WSUS Server.

The question is:
- Are these updates already scheduled on the client that do not exist on the
WSUS Server as approved updates?
(in which case the client needs to be cleared, and then a wuauclt
/resetauthorization /detectnow run again)
or
- Are these files (several, it seems) actually missing from the WSUS server?
(in which case the server needs to be repaired before we can effectively
diagnose issues at the client)

HI,

I have set the WinHTTP to our proxy server with the bypass exceptions defined, and ran the update scan on client machine and i get the following error code.

let me know what causing it to fail the scan.

It's not failing to scan . . .

That's working perfectly (although it is finding -0- updates)...

What's failing is the download(s) of these EULA files... which the client
shouldn't be trying to download in the first place:

which I've already responded about to you, and I'm waiting for you to answer
the questions (reprinted here for your convenience):

- Are these updates already scheduled on the client that do not exist on the
WSUS Server as approved updates? (in which case the client needs to be
cleared, and then a wuauclt
/resetauthorization /detectnow run again)

or

- Are these files (several, it seems) actually missing from the WSUS server?
(in which case the server needs to be repaired before we can effectively
diagnose issues at the client)
