SCCM Clients not getting updates from WSUS Server

Hi,

SCCM Clients are not getting the updates from the WSUS Server, it throws the
error as GetCookie failure, error = 0x8024400D, soap client error = 7, soap
error code = 300, HTTP status code = 200.

Environment:

Server: SCCM2007SP1+WSUS3.0SP1
Client: Windows Vista Enterprise
Proxy: Forward-Web Washer, Reverse-ISA
Antivirus: SEP

One thing you'll want to do is update your WSUS server to Service Pack 2

Having the WUAgent updated to the latest version will help tremendously in
preventing/remediating these type of issues in the future.

The single most common cause of this particular scenario is duplicated
SusClientID values on the client.

See KB903262 [http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/903262] for
resolution.

Alternatively, installing SP2 to WSUS,
will update the WUAgent on your clients to v7.4
which contains a new feature designed to detect and automatically
resolve duplicated SusClientIDs.
