Scheduled task failed

I have a scheduled task which failed to start. I had this same task on
my XP system. It's just a text file that pops up and reminds me of
bills once a month. Quite often my system is not on at the set time
but I would have it set to try the next time it could and that worked
in XP. In Vista I have it as a one time event (I reschedule it for the
next month). I have checked "Run task as soon as possible after a
scheduled start is missed" and "If the task fails restart every 5
minutes" up 999 times. Nothing else I can see that should get in the
way. I do not have it set to only run if on AC for instance or other
limitations. But it didn't start. Nothing in the Knowledge Base I
could find. Nothing in the event viewer I could find. Any ideas?
