screen and keyboard shutoff

i ahve gone through 2 toshiba v 6000 and i have had the first one fro a week
and it has shut the screen off and the keyboard off and i dont know about the
mouse cause i cant see if its moving. i have returned it to best buy where i
gto it and got a new one. the second day ive had it installed trendmacro anti
virus AND spy sweeper and the same thing is happening the sweeper has found
no viruses. can u help me????????

Hi,

So these problems occurred after installing the software? Was this the case
with the first system as well? Are you using the most recent releases of
those programs? Older ones are unlikely to be Vista compatible.
