Hi

When I let the computer sit for awhile or I turn it off for the night
when it comes back on, the screen stays dim for a bit, then starts t
slowly flicker and then it flashes quickly and then becomes bright an
normal. It stays bright and normal until the next time it puts itself t
sleep or I shut it down for any real length of time. Sometimes it stay
dim and/or flickers for a longer time period than others. Using th
computer seems to make it go faster, but when the flashing starts goin
hard and fast, it hurts my eyes to look at it

Thank you in advance for your time and any advice you might have fo
me

Meliss

Sounds like the monitor may be starting to go, as once it's warmed up all
appears fine.

I'm afraid that's it too. It took all morning for it to get back t
normal. :

Thank you for trying to help. I was hoping that it was all someho
connected to all the other issues, but it must be a coincidence
