Have you rebooted? If yes, then this is probably hardware failure. If
this is a laptop call the laptop mfr.'s tech support for
repair/replacement. If this is a desktop, then test by attaching the
computer to a different monitor. If the problems are gone, your original
monitor needs to be replaced. The problems are still there, your video
card needs to be replaced.
