Screen Logon, how to remove?

There is how to remove the logon screen? leaving only the console to enter a
user name and password.

WinVista Ultimate 32bit

Click Start, type:
control userpasswords2

Advanced tab, put a check in the box at: 'Force users to press
Ctrl-Alt-Delete to Logon.'
Restart windows, and Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete, to get the logon dialog.
