Screen Resolution Default causes Installation failure

Hello, it took me quite some time to install Vista Beta 2 because the
installation was defaulting my setup to a video resolution to a higher value
than what was possible for my laptop LCD monitor. I am installing on a Dell
Inspiron 600m, XGA screen with max 1400 x 12... resolution. The effect of
the error only occurs on the final boot up of the operating system (annoying
to install and get this at the end!) and there is no safe mode boot option to
correct. I somehow repeated and stumbled my way into a safe mode boot;
possibly by doing a clean install. I hope you can investigate this problem
for RC1 and or the final release.
