screen saver will not work

hello my name is kevin, I just bought a new computer and a wireles
mouse nowmy screen saver will not come on at all please help me wit
this issue plwease

make sure the surface that the mouse is set on doesnt scatter the light
(from the led underneath),
because if it does then the mouse "thinks" its being moved

try a blank peice of paper under the mouse to see what happens

this is a known problem; download the MS update that mentions HID fix.
