screen saver not working - microsoft wireless mouse

Had this problem on my older laptop with XP and all the downloads and
suggestions still didnt fix. Only solution was to constantly unplug the
mouse. My new laptop came with Vista Home Premium SP1 and it does not think
it needs to install the HID Non-User Input Data Filter. I do not have either
of the programs that Microsoft tells you to remove (CyberLink PowerDVD or and
PCMService.exe) . I really was hoping after 2 years of this pain in the butt
mouse problem that Microsoft would solve this problem and vista would handle
it. There are some newer Cyberlink programs installed PowerCinema and
MediaLibrary. This is a HP so HP could have some stupid thing they installed
blocking the screen saver from working.

And your complaint is? You have rambled on without stating your problem.
Does your screen saver not work after a period of time?
