screen saver not working

I've been trying for over a week now to find out why my screen saver wouldn't
start after the set time. After reading all the suggestions I've realised
it's only after I started using a wireless mouse that the problem originated.
Unplugging from the USB port the fault was cleared but I haven't as yet tried
to contact Microsoft about the problem due to other reports about the cost.

I did as you suggested and downloaded the update and now my screen saver is
working perfectly. Thanks very much for your assistance.
