Screen saver won't start

...even when it's turned on. Vista Home Prem, SP1.

I've changed savers, tinkered with different settings...nothing. It started
after I had to reinstall, again.

Anyone ever heard of this?

I had same problem with my computer it seems like something in the
background keeps running I took about two weeks for my screensavers two
work. You can try Disabling certain processes you do not need or just wait
till whatever is running in the Background to stop hope this helps out.
