Screensaver Anomoly

Another Vista anomoly that just happened out of nowhere is on the Screen
saver window. I always had checked the box "On resume, display logo screen",
but NOW, it's grayed out and I cant check it. I want the logon screen to
display as it always did. How can I get this working again?
