Screensaver during movie

everytime i trie to see a movie, my screensaver pops up after 10 minutes.
why can't my pc detect i am seeing a movie.
with windows XP I had no problems with my screensaver

Turn off the screen saver?

> that's a solution but isn't there a way were you can leave your screensaver on and still be able to see a movie without interruptions ? on windows XP this was never a problem. it knew when i was seeing a movie so the screensaver didn't start during my movies !
