Hey Folks,
Computer idiot here......I tried to upgrade my daughters Windows 98 machine
last week to Windows 2000 SP3. While installing the upgrade, the install
went into a loop and kept restarting and installing and searching for
components.....it made it thru two of the three tasks if the install and then
restarted. I let it run all night long (hoping the computer fairy would help
me out), but the next morning, it was still restarting and reloading, etc.....
Now, when it boots up, it is asking for the Windows 2000 disk.......
Did I kill it? What should I do now....??????
