Script to add username,computername and IP address on every printed pages

I have been working on how to insert/add username,computername and IP
address on every printed page on my network printers in order to manage
printing and resources.

any help will be appreciated!.

Just to add that my printers are installed on windows 2003 server(using
TCP/IP port) and i have windows XP and VISTA as client computers

OT - Rather than doing this, why not get some decent printer logging
software and run reports?

Thanks Lawrence..That is a good option/alternative!

But my superior wants a script to insert user details on each printed
page...a Vb script

I think your superior may need more actual work to do. ;-)

I don't know how you'd do this as requested. I'd be amazed if you could.
Someone with more scripting experience may have more to offer.
