script error after windows update

i got prompt by My Norton Anti-Virus taht there was a malicious script that
had to be blocked from this location:

C:\WINDOWS\Installer\TSClientMsiTrans\tscinst.vbs

I did the uptade on another computer without the microsoft office updates
and it did the exact same thing

i'd like to know if this is a threat or anything i should do to
prevent/correct this issue
