Script to rename computer with serial number

I am looking to see if it is possible for a script to rename a computer
based on its serial number. It also must have "Baker-" in front of it
(the site name).

For example, if the serial number is KAX598, I would like to run a
script that would make the computer name "Baker-KAX598". Is this
possible?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
