Scrollbars <> Aero

Hello,
in Windows Aero I tried to accentuate the scrollbars for a little bit.
But in 'Advanced Appearance' for Appearance Settings,
modifications are not allowed.

Hi,

When running aero, there are many appearance settings that cannot be
altered. That is one of them.

Hope the future brings more vista themes to choose from.
For half an hour I looked, hoe to modify the desktop appearance
with uxthemes as described in

But it is too much work for me to replace the picture parts
stored as resources in the programs.
