Scrrensaver Not Working in Macbook

HI,
I have Windows Vista Basic installed on my Macbook. The screensaver will not
turn on even after the defined minutes for starting the screensaver has
passed. If anyone have encountered the same problem and have discovered the
solution, I appreciate your sharing.
