SCW adding strange Services into GPO

Every time I run the MS SCW (Security Configuration Wizard) on W2K3, it
enters the below strange Services into the resulting XML and finally into the
GPO, always spelt in lower case.

It doesn't matter which server type I select.

Question: Why does it do and can I stop it?
