I could not find a way to search the local calendar, although the online
version is searchable as a web page. Use the F3 key.

Windows Live Mail
Live ID[sign-on] or Default[no Live ID sign-on]
- no event search

Windows Live Calendar web UI (Calendar.live.com)
- yes (search by entered string) using Internet Explorer (Control F) or on
some keyboards F3(may require F Lock key enabled)
- other browsers may have similar 'Find on web page' string search feature


Outlook 2003/07/10 with Windows Live ID Hotmail type account(Hotmail, Live,
Msn.com or derivatives of the same domain) when setup in the Outlook
Hotmail Connector
- Search is possible for mail messages, contacts and calendar items using
an entered string
