Sorry bud, but you are having a problem and that is not normal.
Even if your system is not finished indexing for the first time, any new
files you create are instantly added.
So, you can create a new file and 1 second later, have it found in a search
result. Unless:
1. You created the file in a folder that is not included in the search
parameters. For example a system folder.
2. Your search index service is off or not functioning.
