Search results in Vista- how to clear

How do I clear results in Vista search when the result is showing a deleted
file?

Hi Vav

This is due to the Search Index not being fininshed with updatin
itself yet. It runs (updates) in the background when the computer i
idle or not being used much. You can Rebuild the Index to force it t
update now. This tutorial will show you how. Just scroll down to th
section
