Search for updates goes on forever...

When I start the search for updates sequence, either the fast one or the
other one, it start's searching, but it never stops, the progress bar keeps
on looping and nothing happens... Not even an error message. Same thing with
Microsoft Update. What's wrong? I use a norwegian version of Windows I think.

I downloaded the file "WU_Buscando version" and ran it. It wasn't able to
stop Autoupdating, but it did install the dll's. So I restarted and tried
Microsoft Update (Not windows update) again, but everything was the same,
still nothing happens...
