SearchIndexer.exe going to 50% CPU (100% of one core)

Why is SearchIndexer.exe going to 50% of my dual-core CPU all the time now?
Even though indexing of C: and D: is disabled? Any ideas?

This is a new problem. For the first week or so, it didn't occur.
