Secure WSUS problem

Hi all

I am trying to use secure WSUS but keep getting the errors below. System is
a standalone non-active directory environment. The WSUS Diag tool keeps
bringing back the same 0x80072f8f error. Non-secure, the system works fine
and I can log into the WSUS console using https with no problem. Any ideas
would be most appreciated.
