security 1.1 service pack security update error

I can't update and am receiving the KB885903 error

Can anyone tell me what it is or how to fix possible problem

Hi!

There is no need to wait for MS, the solution is described on several topics
on this thread, e.g. please, search with words "KB886903 Oscar", his
advice/procedure did work well for me (except, discarding the
msconfig/diagnostic ...).

Hi,
thanks so much.
wrote there
and just worried so checking if anyone did as he directed
and if any problems with programs after it.
have had problems in the past etc. and afraid of crashing or losing programs
or not working after.
