security message

I keep getting this warning message from a yellow triangle at the bottom of
my desk top.Windows security alert.warning!potential spyware operation.Your
computer is making unauthorized copies of your system and internet files.run
full scan now to prevent any unauthorized access to your files.click here to
downoad spyware remover.I'm believing now that this is the spyware because I
did download and pay for system washer and the message comes now saying
download system doctor.I keep clicking no but every 15 minutes it still come
on.I ran my win antivirus scan but that doesnt get rid of it.I tried system
restore but it wont let me.Most things I try to do a message says
restrictions,this operation has been cancelled due to restriction in effect
on this computer,please contact your system administrator.I'm believing most
of these messages arent even from windows.what can I do.

How do you make a full recovery.I'm not an expert on troubleshooting.

You could try a restore point to see if it brings the system back to how it
was before you did whatever you did.

Doesn't always work for applications but won't hurt to try.

HI, TO DO A SYSTEM RESTORE:CLICK ,START THEN ALL PROGRAMS; THERE CLICK ON
,ACCESSORIES, IN THE WINDOW THAT COMES UP GO DOWN TO ,SYSTEMS TOOL, IN THE
NEXT WINDOW GO TO,SYSTEM RESTORE, THERE, CHECK(CREATE A RESTORE POINT) THEN
WHEN THE NEXT WINDOW COMES UP, TYPE A DATE SUCH AS(WEDNESDAY,AUGUST10,2007)
THEN CLICK, CREATE. THEN LET IT DO ITS WORK. TAKES A WHILE. BE SURE YOU
PICK A DATE BACK WHEN YOUR PC WAS OK.. HOPE THIS IS OF HELP I HAVE HAD TO DO

thanks but I said that in my first message.I tried picking a date,I tried a
date they have in bold on the calendar,every time it starts going,an error
message comes on saying it had to shut down the computer,then I ran an error
check on the disks and there were quite a few errors saying different
programs had wrong incorrect percentages or something like that and windows
corrected it.

Do you have a reputable anti-spyware program installed on your machine? The
ones that I recommend are Spybot Search and Destroy 1.4 from
www.safer-networking.org and Ad-Aware from www.lavasoft.com (use the freeware
version).
If you are able to, I suggest that you download and run both of these
programs to see if they can solve the problem. Make sure that when you run
them you download the latest definitions. If you are running Vista, then
Ad-Aware will not work as it is not yet Vista-ready, but Sbybot Search and
Destroy 1.4 does work.

I downloaded the smitfraudfix,followed the instructions,and after it showed
me the corrupted files,I went to clean them and when it got through,they all
said access denied.why doesnt my scan from win antivirus get rid of it.
