Security for .NET Famework 1.1 service pack will not install

I keep getting two error codes, Code 643 and Code 800F020B. My Live One Care
and Microsoft updates say I need it, but for 2 months now it will not
install. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem, and despite deleting dot net framework and then
cleaning with windows install clean-up I still have this download waiting to
be installed!

Contact MS as there is no charge support for issues with Security updates:

Mention no other issues except this one. If the tech insists that there
is a charge, ask to speak with the supervisor.

The second error code: 800F020B is due to a device not installed. I got this
on the Windows Mobile Device Center HP update. That windows update deletes
the current version then attempts to apply the updated version. However, if
the PDA is not plugged in, it doesn.t work. Don't know if all these steps are
necessary, but hiere's how I got the update to work. After I attempted to
install the update and it failed, I rebooted the system then plugged in the
PDA. I then reran the install [took 2 tries] then it installed

i am not able to install this error
