Security setting won't allow ActiveX in Windows XP

Good morning everyone.

I just started having this problem - when I log on to certain sites
(primarily MySpace.com) I get the message "Your security settings do not
allow ActiveX controls installed on your computer. This page may not display
correctly. Click here for options . . ."

When I click all I get is the "more information" option which says I need to
change my security settings to allow ActiveX. I've made all the changes they
recommended and I still get the same message. I've also added MySpace to my
trusted sites and that hasn't fixed it either.

Now it starts displaying this message after I've been online for a while -
not right away. For the first 15-20 mins I'm online the message doesn't pop
up and then it shows up.

I use Windows XP with IE 7.0. My security suite is through Charter which is
our internet provider.

What can I do to get rid of this pesky problem?

Thanks for your help.

Thank you for letting me know - I have moved my question over to the correct
newsgroup.
