Security Update Application Fails

When installing "Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 2.0
(KB922770)" I get an error number 0x64C and the automatic update install
fails. I've tried several times, with reboots in between. I can't find any
related help information about this update.

Any suggestions where to look for help?

Try the following:
download and run the file at
http://astebner.sts.winisp.net/Tools...eanup_tool.zip
for .NET 2.0

Log onto the Microsoft Update web site - custom - and reinstall .NET 2.0 -
after the reinstall select custom again and you should get 2 priority updates
- install both.

This worked for me - hope it helps
