Security Update for Excel Viewer 2003 (KB914451) problem?!

Hi for the past week now i have kept getting an alert to install Security
Update for Excel Viewer 2003 (KB914451) but everytime i try to install it it
fails...why? How can i sort this problem out?

It's happening to me too! Can't figure it out! Would also appreciate some
help in sorting this one out.
