Security UPdate for Excel Viewer 2003 (KB925525)

Security Update for Excel Viewer 2003 (KB925525) was unable to be
successfully installed
Installation failure Error code: 0x80070643
tried to install repeatedly with same error message in update failed history

Lydia,

Sounds as if the original installation file was deleted. Suggest you
uninstall the Excel Viewer, redownload the installation file, create a
folder in My Documents and name it Office Viewers.
Install it from there. Then install the Security Update for it.
If there is another update for it in the future, then you'll have no
issue installing it (them).
If you ever install the Word or PowerPoint Viewers, store the installers
in that folder.
