Security update failure 0x8007F06B

Could not find an answer in FAQ or Solutions, and current newsgroup does not
address this failure. Can someone pls help.

0x8007f06b translate STATUS_SP_VERSION_GREATER_2

Please list the os and service pack level, post the name of the update and
some of the kb log for this update.
