Security Update for Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP (KB938127)

This automatice update keeps popping up. Each time i click to install it
says it could not be installed. A couple minutes later its asking me to
install it again.

I'm running windows xp service pack 3. and using internet explorer 7.

In response to my own post which after I posted it realized someone else had
started this topic involving Security Update for Internet Explorer 7 for
Windows XP (KB938127). I have fixed the problem my self.

What I did was I re-downloaded IE7. Did not un-install it first just
re-downloaded it. After that I had also used a link provided by PA Bear.
The link is

So either redownloading IE7 or using the link or a combination of both it
worked. Thank you PA Bear
