Security Update KB902400 is a P.I.A.

Security Update KB902400.
What is it with this particular update? Belarc Advisor keeps telling me it
needs reinstalling so I uninstall/reboot/reinstall and for maybe a few days
it is fine.
Then all of a sudden it starts all over again.
What is breaking it?
