Security Update KB911567 can not install

I am using Windows XP Home SP2 with all updates loaded for all XP and Office
to date. I run a Pentium 4, 32 bit, 2 Ghz, Phoenix Technologies BIOS with 512
mb RAM. I am connected to the internet via U.S. Robotics Wireless Access
802.11b PCI Adapter 5V OK connected to a Cable Modem.

I have rerun this update 5 times so far, but to no avail!...

Because this is for Outlook Express, I would like to get a working version
of this update. Is there one out there???...

More information, are there any error codes?

On the WU Website, select your history of updates - now click on failed update
(red mark) and see if there is an error code.
If there is an error code, write it down and post back or in the alternative, do
a search for the error code.
